I love christmas and I mean I loveee christmas and so it excites me to be getting my home into the christmas spirit 🙂 This was the view of my living room/dining room tonight 🙂 I love it! It’s so pretty.
They are 5 Metre long’White Light’ LED Indoor /Outdoor Christmas string lights on IP44 weatherproof green cable. There is 50 bulbs in total (1 bulb every 10 cm). The unit is fitted with a function switch which has 8 modes.
I love that they have different modes and as I said I think I will leave them up after christmas too. The slow fade is brilliant for having a night relaxing night when we just have our little electric fire on. And I would expect the fast paced flashing will be great for new years eve 😉
The lights are positioned to the wall using Command™ Clear Decorating Clips. These things really are genius I was very impressed, although you definitely need to follow the instructors as I was abit impatient about putting the lights up instead of leaving the hooks to sit for a bit and so one of them fell off. My bad! So I would definitely leave your hooks to settle before adding an item to them. (basically do as it says lol)
I actually got a bit excited using them because before I would have used sellotape and that just is not cool! I would have never contemplated leaving them up after christmas either because of this but now I think they can stay where they are because they are so cute!
They were sooo easy to use! You literally peel the sticker on the back that says ‘wall’ and attach it to the wall. Then you pull of the blue but to reveal the stick front. You push the clear clip onto the stick front and leave it to settle for one hour. and Voila! You can see where you can buy them from by clicking here.
Watch my video to see how pretty it all is together!! My christmas tree lights were also from Ledhut, they are the 10m ones which are no longer in stock but you can buy the 5m ones ‘Multi coloured christmas lights’ for £4.99
We were sent the 2 packs on led lights from ledhut.co.uk and were also sent the decorating hooks from command. All for the purpose of this post and all opinions are 100% honest and my own.
