I have spoken a few times about how my mum makes the most amazing yorkshire puddings!! I envied her sooo much!! And as I was discussing it with my ANBY girls on my group A New Better You another blogger friend Elaine recommended her recipe to me and so I decided to give it ago.
What you will need:
- 1/2 pint of milk
- 120g of plain flour
- 3 eggs.
How to make your tasty yorkies:
- Put 1 teaspoon of oil vegetable oil into each dip in your cake tin and spread so that it covers the whole bottom of the section. Then pop it into your oven at gas mark 9.
- Sieve your plain flour into your bowl, gradually add in your milk and egg. I like to use a whisk occasionally scraping around the bowl with a spoon to ensure all is mixed in, it will be quite watery.. Just keep with it, Elaine told me I needed to trust her and she was right! So stick with me too 😀
- Once the mixture is all fully mixed I will then get a easily pourable jug and sieve the yorkshire pudding mixture into it.
- Get out your now what should be really hot oil (so be careful) and pour into your each section.
Pop into your oven, leaving on gas mark 9 for 15-20 minutes. Take out your beautiful yorkshire puddings! And VOILÀ! Your perfect sexy tasty amazing yorkshire puddings. This really is the BEST fool proof yorkshire pudding recipe!
