It is Week 10 of Anby moments! So what is an Anby Moment? It is a moment where you have felt pleased, accomplished, proud and really like you have made a step forward in something you have been trying to do. Something that maybe before you wouldn’t have done. A personal achievement. I hope to see you link up your moment at the bottom of this post. Remember you can add a link to any social media update or blog post just make sure it’s set to public so we can see it. It doesn’t need to be new, just something you would like to remember and be remembered.
Here is my Anby Moment of the week:-
I’ve had a week of pushing through. Struggling but kept going anyway, sometimes you just need to put one foot infront of the other! #anby

I know this is an odd positive moment but I have really struggled this week. The reason I have chosen this as my positive moment is because I kept on going (slept a lot) but I have still forced myself to do things and will continue to do so. Sometimes it’s not the amount you do it’s just the fact that you did some of it. I find as human’s we put so much pressure on ourselves to strive perfection that we are unable to see how well we are actually doing in the present. So if I could give you 1 task this week it’s to take a step back and not watch what you haven’t done but just how much you have!
Here are my favourite entries from Last Week:
