This morning I awoke on time, we had warm Pain au chocolat and got dressed. My aim for today was to rest and so I got my good ol’ comfy clothes on and made sure the boys were dressed correctly and then we walked to the school to drop of Ky.
Whilst we were walking to school I got a bottle of bubbles from my bag (J was given them at nursery yesterday) as the boys were walking down the street I started blowing bubbles. It is amazing how magical bubbles are. Bubbles = Happiness. My boys were overjoyed and when we got to the school I blew a few in the school playground so the other children could play a little. Helen’s little boy had nursery today and although J wasn’t in today we walked up with her, I asked if she fancied going for breakfast. She took her littley in and then we went to the cafe.
OH yummy breakfast! Breakfast was delicious and so was my mocha coffee to accompany it. J was quite well behaved in the cafe, we did have an incident though where he came running out of the toilet with his trousers at his ankles, Bless him!
From our greasy breakfast we went on to check the charity shops, when Helen left for home, J and I ended up staying much later and checking them all again because he was determined to get a toy. He ended up with a hand grabber, a pair of shark shorts and an ELC Pop up dragon game.
We came home, we played pop up dragon and I filmed it for our Cool Toys for kids youtube channel. I did some washing up, sorted some clothes washing, I faffed on the internet and then it was time to pick Ky up.
I received a letter about my mental health today which made me write a status about support offered. It has spurred me on even more to openly talk about mental health because I received replies and inbox messages from people who also suffer. Mental Health should never be a stigma!
We came home, I made dinner. I am so so tired. It it 6.15pm I am desperate for bed. This is why I am writing this now, I am taking the rest of the night for self love. I am getting in the bath and going to bed early. It am taking the time out for myself that I know I really need.
Life is about giving yourself time,
