Christmas at Thomas Land is amazing, if you haven’t been then it should be something you should consider. We were recently invited for a press entry and after visiting for the past 2 years previous we had BIG expectations. I have to say it definitely stood up to them, from the sparkles in the multicoloured lights, the christmas music and the snow landing on our skin heightening all our magical christmas feeling senses. We had so so much fun with our boys, we met santa, he gave us a lovely goodie bag with a new little elf friend and a chocolate coin. We played games and even got our faces painted!
We visited the animals, fed Rudolph moss!? (yes! not carrots) and spoke to the parrots of whom actually spoke back. We felt peckish and nipped into the Ben 10 cafe and had festive turkey, cranberry sandwiches and juice then after refreshments it was back to our xmas adventures. We popped on our 3d glasses and stepped onto the polar express, wow that hot chocolate was messy! Then just as we thought we couldn’t get any more into the day the carnival began, songs were sung and characters were followed. We even watched as santa shared some secrets of christmas wishes. To top all of this off, when the carnival finished, the fireworks began, and they were beautiful!
I’ll let my photos of the day speak for themselves!
Merry Christmas Drayton Manor, Thomas Land. It was a massively wonderful day!
