We have learnt about what we need, we have allowed ourselves to be, and appreciate where we are in this current moment, and now we need to actually put things into place to actually make the time to care for ourselves. Today is the day my friends.
Today we need to set a limit for ‘SCREEN TIME’. I find it fascinating how much of my life I actually waste scrolling through looking at other peoples lives instead of enjoying my own. This is not just on the internet either but with the TV too.
Imagine having a conversation and not once looking at your phone. Or reading a magazine without getting a message you need to read immediately.
When is the last time you did something undistracted for yourself?
Use the expensive bubble bath that you have been saving for a special occasion, whats the occasion, well it is simply ‘You’ of course!
Start reading that book that’s been on your shelf for a while.
Colour in a page in your colouring book.
Find the Lyrics to your favourite songs and have a karaoke party for 1.
I think what I am going to do is actually set a time maybe to be on the internet and do some work for an hour or so, and the rest of the day will be all about having fun, relaxing and being calm!
And to end this lovely day, go to bed early.. after all, there’s nothing on the Telly!
